To help achieve this, TCM’s management has implemented a Integrated Business Management System to maintain the high levels of quality and service offered to its clients whilst also improving efficiency and effectiveness of its internal business processes..
TCM’s has in place a third party accredited WHS Management System based on ISO 45001:2018 which provides a systematic and documented approach to the management, planning and implementation of WHS procedures to ensure that our workplaces, work practices, employees’ awareness, training & competency meet Australian legislation, standards, industry codes and community expectations commensurate with our operations.
TCM’s third party accredited Environmental Management System is based on ISO 14001:2015. TCM is committed to identifying all activities that have the potential to cause an environmental impact, as well as providing adequate resources to help minimise or prevent any negative impact.
TCM is also compliant with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry. TCM holds a full suite of insurance policies to support our business including Public Liability, Works, Machinery and Workers Compensation and Public Liability
